Boarding Service
Kutter's CondosFeline guests enjoy a room of their own with stereo music, bi-level cat condos, sheepskin nappers, and private litter box areas. Activities include laser tag, "hairball" hockey, cat fishing, and cuddle time.

Our canine accomodations include large indoor kennels or 4' x 8' runs, individual lockers for all your dog's "stuff," and an 11,000 square foot outdoor exercise area. Cots or sheepskin nappers are provided along with stereo music. Our last "Potty Walk" is 10 p.m. By adding a trip to doggy daycare, you can watch your pooch romp on our K9 Grass live via our "Canine Cams."

  • Cat Condos are $12 per day (additional cat sharing a condo is $9)
  • Large Kennels are $14 per day (additional dog sharing a kennel is $10)
  • Runs are $20 per day (additional dog sharing a run is $15)
  • Day Care: Full Day $14, Half Day (five hours or less) $9
  • Day care while boarding $7

Kutter's Condos


For the protection of your pet, proof of the following vaccinations administered in a veterinary facility in the last 12 months are required prior to admittance for boarding and day care. If your pet is past due for vaccinations, we can update them during your pet's stay. Vaccination records may be faxed to 316-218-1317, presented at check-in, or we will be happy to call your veterinary facility provided they will release the information to us.
  • Adult Cats: Feline Distemper (FVRCP), and Rabies
  • Kittens: Must be at least 12 weeks old, and had two sets of Feline Distemper, the last set given at least one week prior to admittance to insure immunity
  • Adult Dogs: Distemper, Parvo (DHPP), Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough)
  • Puppies: Must be at least 12 weeks old, and had two sets of Distemper and Parvo vaccinations, the last set, as well as Bordetella, given at least one week prior to admittance to insure immunity.

Additional Requirements for Doggy Daycare

Since dogs in day care have full contact with other dogs, puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and had two sets of Distemper and Parvo vaccinations as well as a Bordetella vaccination given at least two weeks prior to admittance. Adult dog requirements are the same as for boarding.


Please be aware that your pet's diet (unless own food is provided) and activity level may vary while away from home. They may experience anxiety, be very vocal, or the temperature and humidity may be different from your home. On rare occasions, this can create sore throats, increased water consumption, diarrhea, or fatigue. We seek to prevent such problems, but you should be aware that these situations can develop. If treatment and/or medication is needed for reasons that are not directly under our control, appropriate fees will be charged.
